LCH reservations

This scheduling calendar is NOT for guests who are staying the full season, but if you are looking for a two week Up Week & Performances block, or less.

This is something new, and hopefully helpful. Please follow the pattern below when filling out the information.

• When placing your reservation request on the calendar, please use the residence name as the title, and be sure to block off the number of days requested .
• Please put your name in the field for "description" and your email.  You may include there any other requests/questions you might have. I will contact you to confirm, and then edit the reservation on the calendar to show as private. 
• Once a reservation is secured it is marked with an x.

The count of  beds available to reserve:  There are two singles in one of the dorms at the Cabin for this purpose (more singles may become available) and two private bedrooms with a double bed.  The Cabbage has two double beds + one futon; the Corner has two beds (one being a double)  + one daybed; and the Tower has two private bedrooms with double beds + two futons. 

Currently the Cabbage, Corner, and Tower are whole house rentals, meaning that the fees are multiplied by the number of beds. This is a good opportunity to share the space (as well as the guest fee) with castmates, family or friends. Reservations do make things easier, but drop-ins are still allowed too! Drop-in dates are of course first come first served on the date, and if we happen to be fully occupied but if you are truly flexible enough, there should always be cot or sleeping bag space somewhere and a donation jar to account for that.
