Tea & Community

It has been simply said:  If you are cold, tea will warm you; if you are too heated, it will cool you;  If you are depressed, tea will cheer you; and if you are excited, it will calm you.   

Long have I been blending my own teas & tisanes,  exploring the many delightful combinations others have created, and sharing tea with others. In joy, sorrow, comfort, wellness, and community.

So, it is a thing here on Olive Street.

There are still tea classes and tastings at the Cottage on Olive Street (formerly the Sugar Tree cottage) or if you are using the studio there, you will find a tea table waiting for you. The community kitchens at the Tower, Lodge, Cabin, or Gardener's are all intended to be a place to drop in and fix yourself a cup. No matter the cabin, cottage, or house you may find yourself visiting on Olive Street, you are sure to be welcomed by a cup of tea. There will always be a basket or shelf stocked with a selection to choose from - please help yourself. Invite others to join you. Start a conversation, plan a project, create art, change the world.
